Over the Next Hill Images by Daniel Parsons

Daniel Parsons of Aberdeen is a prolific painter of wildlife and nature themes. The open spaces of the Dakotas and a youth spent on the prairie have served as both setting and inspiration for his creative process.

His work has included commissions for Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and other private collections including various artworks on display in municipal and government buildings. Over 30 paintings, some large scale, will fill Dacotah Prairie Museum’s Lamont Gallery in an impressive display of Daniel’s artistry from Saturday, February 1 to Saturday, March 29, 2025.

An Open House, during which time the artist will be present in the gallery to greet guests, will be held Saturday, March 1st.
