Pickle on the Prairie, Pickleball Tournament to benefit the Dacotah Prairie Museum Foundation, June 8, 2024, 8:00am-4pm at the Odde Ice Arena, Brown County Fairgrounds

It’s Pickle on the Prairie! Aberdeen’s first pickleball tournament to benefit the Dacotah Prairie Museum Foundation. If you already play pickleball or if you are “pickle-curious” and want to know more about the sport, join the Aberdeen players as they have fun and raise money for the Dacotah Prairie Museum. Pickleball players are eager to share their love of the sport and bring more people into area clubs. The Museum is raising funds to update their children’s exhibit and spreading awareness of their programs and projects.

NEW THIS YEAR – PICKLE SMASH!
A fun family event for all ages. Try your hand at some skilled games or just “smash” a pickle! Raffle baskets available. Tickets at the door, 10 tickets for $10.

SESSIONS:

BRACKET PLAY
By level of abililty with the same partner throughout. Register with a partner as a doubles team.

SOCIAL MIXER
By level of ability, pool play, round-robin with rotating partners. Register as an individual.

ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME!

ENTRY LEVEL – You’ve just gotten into the sport and enjoy learning as you play. OR, you just play for fun and exercise.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL – You’ve been playing for a while and think you’ve got the hang of it. You would consider yourself a competent player.
ADVANCED LEVEL – You’ve come to play! You’re excited to pit your skills against other experienced players.

Once registration closes, players will be assigned sessions and notified via email with a complete tournament schedule.
